Where can I find prices for bespoke illustrations?

Do I receive the original illustration if I order a bespoke piece or is it a print?
The original artwork for Bespoke watercolour Illustration orders will always be sent to you.
Freehand sketched and painted by me in my home studio.
Each piece is signed and dated.
How long will my bespoke Illustration take to finish?
Turnaround time can vary depending on the time of year and the amount of work I have
at the point of placing an order.
A turnaround time for your illustration will always be confirmed upon booking.
Please specify if you need it in a shorter time and I will try my hardest to accommodate your request.
Can you work from separate photographs for your bespoke illustrations?
Absolutely! This is the beauty of my work! You can have all your pets appear in an illustration. All I ask that photos are clear to distinguish any features and coat markings.
How long do Art Prints take to arrive?
My prints are done by external printing company to ensure I provide beautiful finished products.
Please allow 7 working days for your art print to be delivered - All products are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the UK for Art Prints however if you are enquiring about Bespoke work please get in touch to discuss possible options.
Do you offer a framing service?
This is not a service I am able to offer.
The lovely folk at The Leaping Hare Gallery stock some of my larger prints and offer a mounting and framing service.
All art prints are standard A4 or A3 size.
Bespoke illustrations are available in either A5, A4 or A3 size. As they are standard sizes, it is easy to find lovely frames and mounts for your illustrations. Mounts are a must!
Do you take deposits for bespoke illustrations?
Payment in full must be taken to secure your commission slot, this will be made via bank transfer.
How will my artwork be delivered?
All artwork and prints are packaged in a protective sleeve. I post it out in a recyclable hard-backed cardboard envelope.
Do you provide refunds?
I really hope that are happy with your items, you are unhappy with anything please contact me directly and I will do my very best to work something out for you.
Because I print on demand, I can’t accept returns or exchanges if you’ve ordered the wrong size or have changed your mind so please choose carefully or contact me if there is anything you’re unsure about!
